The owners were proactive in providing all necessary information before our arrival and the check-in process was smooth with a key safe. the kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking a meal. The location of the chalet was also a standout, being situated near the coast and offering beautiful scenery.
The cabin itself was in need of refurbishment, with evidence of mould and dampness in various areas. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, which led to some frustration for the kids.

Stayed at this cozy chalet with a restaurant and bar, even had a playground for the kids. The free WiFi was wonderful, I could reconnect with my virtual life while enjoying the lovely garden view.
Who needs a peaceful getaway when you can have slow and temperamental wifi? The grumpy kids were a highlight of my stay.

The cozy chalet at Bideford Bay Holiday Park was a perfect escape for me. It had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to a comfortable living room. The hot tub in the bathroom was a real treat, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The sun terrace was a great spot to enjoy my morning coffee, overlooking the beautiful surroundings. Having a TV in the chalet was a nice bonus, providing entertainment during the evenings. The presence of a microwave made it convenient for me to heat up leftovers or make a quick meal.
Personally, I didn't find the 24-hour front desk necessary as I preferred to have my own privacy and independence. However, others may find it useful for assistance or inquiries.
